Melissa Parker Appointed to Help-U-Sell Directorship

Former president of Donna Karan joins board of fast-growing real estate franchise

CASTLE ROCK, CO (Thursday, September 29, 2005) - As Help-U-Sell Real Estate continues its strategic repositioning, the company is expanding its board of directors to include individuals acknowledged for their expertise in shaping emerging companies.


“We are delighted that Melissa D. Parker has accepted our invitation to serve as a director,” said Bradley J. Crandall, chairman of the board of Help-U-Sell Real Estate.


Parker has held key leadership positions at some of the world’s most prestigious brands. She is recognized for her special skills in brand building, marketing, strategic planning and merchandising.


As a senior executive in the global luxury business, Parker has served as president of both Donna Karan and Agnona, the luxury division of Italian conglomerate Ermenegildo Zegna. Her distinguished career also includes positions as executive vice president and chief operating officer of Hermés and vice president of marketing and communications at Christie’s.


“Melissa has achieved impressive successes in varied situations throughout her 25-year career,” Crandall said. “We look forward to the positive contributions she will make to the Help-U-Sell Real Estate brand.”


Currently, Parker is president of M.D. Parker Associates, a company that specializes in luxury lifestyle projects and products allied to real estate development and interior and home design.
