Title Sponsorship With WMMJ 102.3FM and WOL News Talk 1450 AM, Stone Soul Picnic-Washington DC

SILVER SPRING, MD (Tuesday, July 26, 2005) - As part of its ongoing diversity marketing efforts, worldwide lodging franchisor Choice Hotels International, Inc. (NYSE:CHH) is the Title Sponsor of the Stone Soul Picnic hosted by WMMJ 102.3FM and WOL News Talk 1450 AM, Radio One affiliate stations in Washington DC. The Stone Soul Picnic, which will be held on July 30 on the grounds of RFK stadium, is a day-long celebration with food, activities and great live music.
