Fantastic Sams® Taps Franchise Veteran Terry Eubanks to be Southern California Regional Director

BEVERLY, MA (Friday, March 18, 2005) - FANTASTIC SAMS®, the world's largest full-service hair care franchise, announced today the hiring of franchise industry veteran Terry Eubanks to serve as its Southern California Regional Director.

In this position, Eubanks will oversee the day-to-day operations of the region's nearly 200 franchised Fantastic Sams salons, as well as developing and implementing strategies to grow the number of salons in this region. Eubanks will also be responsible for planning and executing all the salon initiatives for the area. Eubanks will report to Jack Keilt, Fantastic Sams' President and Chief Executive Officer.

Eubanks has a proven track record of success in the franchise industry that extends 20 years. He most recently served in various positions at Sacramento-based Great Clips Regional Companies., as its Chief Operating Officer from 1997 to 2001, then as a consultant from 2001 to 2003. From 1994 to 1997 he served first as a Regional Manager and later as Director of Operations for Minneapolis-based Play It Again Sports. Other franchising industry career stints include successful runs with Laguna Hills, CA.-based Heidi's Frogen Yozurt Shoppes, Inc., and Encino, CA-based Technicolor One Hour Photo, Inc.

Eubanks will be based out of the Fantastic Sams regional corporate offices in Garden Grove, Calif.
