(Tuesday, December 05, 2000) - Servpro Industries, Inc., the nation’s leader in water and fire mitigation services for the property & casualty insurance industry, announced completion of an electronic claim notice system with Buckeye Insurance. Buckeye Insurance now has the ability to send emergency claims electronically via Servpro’s web-based Claim System. This provides Buckeye improved customer service and lower claims expense as a result of Servpro’s emergency services 24 hours a day.

Claims professionals with Buckeye Insurance can go online after receiving a claim and enter details related to the claim directly online. The claim will then be automatically downloaded to Servpro’s National Call Center for immediate dispatch to the nearest available Servpro location. A service crew will respond at the claim site within four hours. In addition, the electronic process allows the claims manager to track the progress of the claim to completion of the work.
