Jani-King International Expands to Portugal

ADDISON, TX (Tuesday, April 05, 2005) - Jani-King International, the world’s largest commercial cleaning franchise company, is proud to announce the expansion of its services to Portugal. Master franchise owners Carlos Neves and Isabel Monteiro will open their first Jani-King regional office in Lisbon with future plans of expansion throughout the country. Portugal becomes the 20th country in which Jani-King International has established a regional office location.

“Jani-King has a system that has been tested and proven successful many times over,” said Neves. “We looked at several franchise opportunities including security systems and internet franchises, but the start up of so many Jani-King franchises each year indicates that the system works and the market for cleaning services is very large.”

Neves feels that the policies, procedures and standards that Jani-King offers will set him apart from any local cleaning companies. “We will provide better quality in the Portuguese market,” said Neves. “The U.S. has the most advanced standards and systems and that is what I envision for Jani-King of Portugal.”
