Training & Support

Training
Initial training includes 5 days at our corporate location in Gaithersburg, MD (near DC) and 3 days training at your location. We offer site selection and build out assistance as well as workshop and vehicle setup. We offer ongoing onsite visits, conference calls and other communication.

Qualifications & Business Experience

Business Experience:We are looking for individuals with business management, marketing, and relationship-building skills to help us grow. A general knowledge of – or experience in – carpentry is helpful, but not essential. Previous business ownership or other business experience is preferred. Candidates must pass a criminal, driving record and sex offender registry check.
