The very first Speedy Muffler King shop was opened in Toronto in 1956.

Speedy Muffler's concept was simple; provide quick, professional while-you-wait service and quality brand name products at a fair price. Speedy Muffler quickly grew from that single shop to a national chain of over 120 corporate owned and operated shops.

Over the years Speedy Muffler King expanded into other products and services and in 1993 changed its' name to Speedy Auto Service.
Our Present

In December 2007 Speedy Corporation acquired Speedy Auto Service. Along with the change in ownership, Speedy Auto Service will continue the process of converting from a company owned store system to franchisee owned and operated stores - a growth transition that began in 2004.
