By catering to party rental companies, caterers, wedding planners, and other high-end event organizers ElizaJ has been able to continue fulfilling their mission of providing top-of-the line quality products and dedicated, first-rate customer service.

What sets ElizaJ apart? ElizaJ's distinctive deliverable restrooms include fresh flowers, designer soaps and lotions, name brand paper products, wicker waste baskets, air fresheners, and most importantly - fresh water.

With state of the art operations and a successful and clearly defined business strategy, ElizaJ is currently granting franchises throughout the U.S. Large Territories in prime areas are still available.

Eliza Kendall founded Leave it to Liza, an event and entertainment agency in 1990. This Company was the precursor to International Finest Restroom, Inc., the Franchisor company of ElizaJ®, established in 1997.

Leave it to Liza operated mainly in the Cape Cod, Massachusetts area. The extensive client list included many major corporations such as ESPN, GM, Sprint PCS, Smith­Kline Beecham, McKinsey and Co, AMX, Cannon, Reebok, Frito Lay and many others. Eliza also worked with skater Paul Wiley and the Kennedy family at their events. The Franchisor has provided entertainment for the Kennedys in the past and continues to provide restrooms for the Democratic Senatorial Campaign and Best Buddies Inc, at the Kennedy compound in Hyannisport.
