With a '50s and '60s rock 'n' roll theme, Fuddruckers opened in 1980 in San Antonio, Texas, and started franchising three years later. Fuddruckers operates and franchises more than 200 restaurants in the United States, Puerto Rico, Canada and the Middle East. Restaurants serve freshly ground hamburgers from on-premise butcher shops and freshly baked goods from in-store bakeries.
