The first RemedyTemp office was opened by Robert McDonough in Riverside, California in 1965. The company moved its headquarters to nearby Orange County seven years later and began a national expansion of its temporary staffing service. Today the company has locations nationwide filling temporary, temporary-to-hire and part-time positions.

RemedyTemp is traded on the NASDAQ exchange under the REMX symbol.
