The concept of BurritoVille was developed from the northern California cuisine known as "Mission Style Mexican," and uses no pork, lard or frozen products. All items are made fresh from scratch, including chicken, beef, grilled vegetables, and all salsas, as well as 7 varieties of tortilla, which is unique in the QSR Mexican marketplace. The BurritoVille menu is all made to order and is high quality, fresh and affordable with an emphasis on healthier better-for-you menu items. In addition, BurritoVille has a large variety of vegetarian offerings and most items can be made dairy-free.
