Training Every new franchise partner (and their team!) comes into the RecruitWise� headquarters for at least a week of in-depth trainign on recruiting, sales, running and growing the business, accounting and management. Additional training is available following the initial week as we are fully invested in your long-term success.

We provide a detailed training calendar that covers modules from initial induction for new starters in your team, followed by a series of development workshops/modules throughout the year, through to REC certified qualifications. The costs that will be incurred are limited to; Travel and subsistence REC accreditation examinations (circa �80-�90 per delegate depending on the level of qualification) but these qualifications are optional Any specialist or bespoke Social Media training (Circa �80 per delegate)but these courses are optional

Support We are motivated to help you be successful for the long haul. Our franchise partners continue to receive world-class support throughout the life of their RecruitWise� franchise office. We are only successful when the whole franchise system is successful.
